Terms of Service

Welcome to PassPro! By using our service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in a way that follows all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
  • Keep your master password confidential.
  • Keep a Downloaded Account backup file somewhere else backed up.
  • Keep your device and software secure and updated to prevent unauthorized access.

Our Service and Data Handling

PassPro is a zero-knowledge password manager. This means that all encryption and decryption of your data happen only on your device. We do not access or see any of the passwords, notes, or other data you store in the application. We do not have a copy of your master password and cannot recover it for you.

We are not responsible for any loss of data or unauthorized access to your files due to your failure to protect your master password or device, or from a security breach on your part.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • The acts or conduct of any third party on the Service.
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

Digital Card Vault

The Card Vault feature provides a convenient way to organize credit, debit, and other payment card information locally on your device. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Client-Side Storage: All card data is stored exclusively on your device's local browser storage. PassPro does not store, transmit, or have access to your card numbers, CVVs, or expiration dates.
  • Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your device. Because the data is stored locally, if your device is stolen, compromised, or accessible by unauthorized third parties, your stored card information may be at risk.
  • Data Permanence: Clearing your browser cache or site data will result in the permanent loss of all stored cards. We strongly advise users to regularly utilize the "Export" feature to create secure, offline backups of their data.
  • Limitation of Liability: PassPro is a digital organization tool, not a financial institution. We are not liable for any financial loss, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches resulting from the loss of your device or the compromise of your exported backup files.
  • Backup Security: If you choose to export your card vault data as a .json file, you accept full responsibility for the security of that file. Do not store these files in unsecured locations or share them with third parties.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or within the app. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Purchase Terms

All purchases made through the Service are non-refundable. PassPro is a digital service, and all sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you purchase a Service like for example PassPro Premium it will only be a one time payment. Unless official website says otherwise
