Troubleshooting Tips

  • 01 Check for common digit patterns or dates of birth.
  • 02 Recall pins used for other legacy applications.
  • 03 Check if you wrote it down in a secure physical location.
  • 04 Consider digits related to the device setup date.

Restore Backup

Use a previously exported JSON backup file to restore your data and set a new PIN.

Wipe Data

If recovery is impossible, you must clear all local storage to start over. This deletes everything.
